Grok Bot costs $30 a month at the cheapest. It is not sold on its own: it comes with The X Subscription's Premium, Super and Ultra plans and with Grok Business seats.

Is Grok Bot free?
No. No free plan includes Grok Bot. Cursor's help pages describe the trial as a usage credit with a 7-day window, not a set amount of work.
How Grok Bot usage is counted
- One shared weekly pool covers Grok Bot, the Grok apps and Cursor.
- The pool resets every week.
- Heavy work uses more of it than a simple message.
- When it runs out you wait for the reset, upgrade, or buy extra usage credits from $5.

Older plans that still include Grok Bot
Legacy Cursor Pro, Pro+, Ultra and self-serve Teams plans still include it. Legacy SuperGrok, SuperGrok Plus, SuperGrok Heavy and X Premium+ subscriptions can link to a Cursor account for access. These grants "do not add together", so two old plans do not double your usage. Cursor Teams seats follow the same rule: Grok Bot access comes with the seat.
What Grok Bot setup help costs
The plan buys the software. Getting a bot to do real work is a separate cost if you hire help. These are the prices sellers print on their own pages.

How much is Grok Bot a month?
$30 a month at the cheapest, on Premium. Super is $100 and Ultra is $200.
Is Grok Bot included with X Premium?
Yes. For new customers it is included on The X Subscription's Premium, Super and Ultra plans. Older X Premium+ subscriptions can link to Cursor for access.
Can I buy Grok Bot on its own?
No. New customers cannot buy a standalone Grok Bot subscription; access comes with a paid plan. There is no self-hosted version either: bots run on Cursor-hosted computers.
Does one plan cover multiple bots?
Yes. A single plan runs multiple bots, and they all draw on the same weekly usage.
Is there a yearly discount?
Yes. Premium is $300 a year, about $25 a month. Super is $1,000 a year and Ultra $2,000.
Does Grok Bot cost extra on top of my plan?
Only if you run out of usage and buy extra credits, from $5. Connected apps you already pay for, like your CRM, keep their own price.
