How Grok Bot setup works

  1. 1

    Pick one job

A short call. We choose the one task your first bot should own, like lead follow-up or a morning brief.

  2. 2

    Start your plan

You sign up for Grok Bot on your own account. Premium, at $30 a month, includes it.

  3. 3

    I set it up

I connect your apps, teach it the job as a skill, put it on a routine and set approvals.

  4. 4

    Test, then rely on it

We run it together until the results look right. Then I keep it running each month.

Why hire help with Grok Bot?

Installing Grok Bot takes minutes. Making it reliable enough to trust with clients takes a plan. These are the four things that trip owners up, straight from Grok Bot's own documentation.

What goes wrongWhat I do about it
All your bots share one computer, files and logins. A second bot is not a security boundary. One job per bot, only the logins that job needs, approvals on anything sensitive.
Routines burn the weekly usage pool. An hourly schedule can use a week of usage in a day.Schedules sized to your plan, and a usage check every month.
Sites block automation, sessions expire, and a company Google account can stop a connection.Connected apps first, browser steps only where needed, and I reconnect what breaks.
A vague job gives vague work. The best roles own one repeatable outcome. We write the job down first, then turn it into a skill the bot repeats.

Zechariah Tokar in a white cap, who sets up and manages every Grok Bot himself

Who sets up your Grok Bot

I'm Zechariah Tokar. I do every setup and every monthly check myself.

I run AI agents in my own business every day: Grok Bot, Hermes Agent on my own server, and Claude Code and Codex for client work. Before this service I did search and growth work for more than 40 companies.

That mix is the point. I know what a business owner needs from a bot, and I know how these tools break.

Grok Bot for business: common questions

Is this Grok Bot's official support?

No. Grok Bot Setup Pro is an independent service by Zechariah Tokar. It is not affiliated with SpaceXSI, xAI, X or Cursor. For billing or account problems, contact Grok Bot support directly.

Do I need my own Grok Bot plan?

Yes. Your bot runs on your account. Grok Bot comes with The X Subscription on Premium ($30 a month), Super ($100) and Ultra ($200), and with Grok Business seats at $30 a month. Older Cursor plans, including Cursor Ultra, and SuperGrok, SuperGrok Plus and SuperGrok Heavy subscriptions can give access too.

Can I set up Grok Bot myself?

Yes, the install is quick. People hire me for the part after that: picking the right job, connecting apps safely, keeping routines inside the usage pool and fixing what breaks.

Will you have my passwords?

No. You sign in to your own accounts. The bot's app connections store their tokens on Cursor's servers, not on the bot's computer. You can remove my access at any time.

Is Grok Bot safe for a medical or financial business?

Only with care. Cursor offers a HIPAA guide for Enterprise customers who want to request a business associate agreement; nothing says every plan is covered. FINRA rules still apply to firms that use AI. Read Is Grok Bot safe for business? first.

Do you work with businesses outside the US?

Yes. The service is remote and in English, for businesses in the US and other English-speaking countries.
